Everyone has got the “Facebook Fever” and there seems to be no cure.

Crap companies like Ren Ren (RENN) are flying just because they’re in the same bathtub as Facebook.  Ren Ren has been a huge loser since it went public, yet when news of the Facebook IPO hit, RENN flew 58% in just a few trading days…and that’s from a $5 NYSE stock.  It flew for no other reason whatsoever.

Imagine how large the gains could be for an OTC company under 50 cents, also set to benefit from being in a similar space to FB.

I want us to gain from this bizarrely profitable phenomenon.  So, I’ve found a small cap internet play that could profit handsomely from the Facebook Frenzy.

I’d call it yet ANOTHER “unbelievable” day, but when we gain 50%+ in 1 day so damn frequently, eventually it’s no longer “unbelievable.”

HRID was another hero for us.  It actually popped 82%, which is the exact same gain that my Sunday alert made on Monday, spooky.

HRID was 7.7 cents when I sent out the alert last night, this morning it opened below 8.5 cents, and proceeded to rocket to 14 cents for an 82% gain!

66% gain over this morning’s open   Closed up about 17%.

(Don’t forget to consider booking profits quickly on these volatile high flying trades.  Penny stock gains are usually here today, gone tomorrow, so get em’ while they’re hot.)

Oh and don’t let me forget, HRID traded almost $1.6 million in dollar volume today! The most volume HRID has even traded in one day by a country mile.

Also as a little bonus, NSRS, my alert from over a month ago at 23.9 cents today hit a new high of 97 cents!  306% gain!!! I’m majorly pumped up for the market to open so that we can see if we get follow through on the outrageous run in HRID – Hybrid Fuels. This stock has already doubled in price so far this week but I think there could be far more gains ahead for a company introducing the 1st ever all-natural “little blue pill” that takes effect in just FIVE minutes!  This stock has already doubled in price so far this week and I think there could be more gains ahead for this company, who is introducing a red-hot and very sexy product in national chains like Walgreens over the next few months.

That is a top notch catalyst, and it’s certainly no wonder penny stock traders have pushed the share price of HRID up both HARD and FAST!

Azul Instant is a new product made from all-natural ingredients in a market that’s worth more than $4 billion a year. It is the only male-enhancement product that works within 5 minutes, lasts for up to 48 hours and has no side effects.

This product offers a solution to a pretty widespread problem (or so I’ve heard…you know, from other people). The Massachusetts Male Ageing Study estimated that as many as 52% of men over the age of 40 have some degree of erectile-dysfunction (ED). Working from the most conservative projections the British Journal of Urology expects the number of men with ED to more than double from 152 million in 1995 to 322 million by 2025. This is just simple math linked to the aging of the global population.

There are treatment options readily available, but most options for the treatment of ED require a prescription from a doctor. The 80% of men who’d prefer not to go to the doctor represent a colossal market of more than 250 million potential consumers…with unmet needs.

HRID is here to meet those needs by offering a better “Stiffy in a Jiffy” pill, without a prescription, without the chemicals, and, best of all…without the side-effects.

That’s a fantastic situation, and what I really like is that despite the huge run, the share price is still under 10 cents which means HRID still may be able to make 30-50%+ moves in a single day like it did yesterday!

Prescription drugs have side effects, and they might not be the right solution for a lot of men. An estimated 5-10% of men with ED also have angina and they could suffer complications if they use the standard prescription treatments. That’s 30 million more potential consumers for Azul Instant.

All they need to do is get this product into stores and it may practically sell itself.  HRID has a plan to take advantage of that. They are going to use vendor relationships that are already established to get their products into Walgreens Pharmacies, other major drug stores and 85% of the wholesalers in the US that serve convenience stores. Product rollout will start on the East Coast and then go national from there.

Company management expects to have contracts with all of the major drugstore chains in place by the end of April.

There are also plans to distribute Azul Instant through national health food store chains and Tree of Life, Inc., which distributes to over 10,000 independent health food stores nationwide, could also be on contract by then.

After the distribution network is in place, there should be additional, all natural products from HRID and there is a growing demand for natural treatments from consumers worried about the side effects and the cost of prescription drugs. The global nutraceuticals products market should grow to more than $200 billion a year over the next four years. Many of the men in that market may soon be familiar with HRID’s products after trying Azul Instant.

The trading community seems to be buzzing about HRID. One reason is probably because the company has been delivering a steady stream of news since they targeted nutraceuticals in December, and hopefully more news will bring more gains in the very near future.  HRID is changing their name Hybrid Fuels to Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals, Inc. As soon as all the legal paperwork is completed, the company will most likely be letting investors know with a news release. News catches attention and while reading about the name change, traders may notice the amazing chart and think about the potential for even more gains.

Traders have already caught some spectacular gains in HRID this week. There was a gain of almost 40% yesterday and the stocked DOUBLED in the past three days! All momentum indicators are screaming buy on HRID and the moving average systems are all bullish.

Yesterday, in addition to posting big price gains, HRID was on the volume gainers list, which attracts a lot of traders to the stock.  The more attention being paid to a tiny 8 cent stock, the better. HRID traded over 5 million shares and was higher all day – it opened at the low and closed very close to the high.

The average daily share volume in HRID over the past three months has been about 50,000 a day. Traders have gotten excited about HRID this week and volume on all three days so far has topped 1 million. Yesterday HRID traded well over FIVE million!

Trading is getting to a frenzied pace…

HRID seems to have everything going for it – a new and superior product in the enormous and rapidly growing ED industry, a killer business plan, strong momentum, and it’s even trading massive volume at a new high 52 week high. What could go wrong? Remember that HRID is flying very high, which means it could fall fast and far if momentum dries up.  The chart seems to indicate momentum is actually at an all-time high right at this moment, but you still have to make sure to trade with a tight stop, book profits when you have the chance, and definitely make sure the stock looks like it’s trading healthy, with a continuation of yesterday’s strong momentum. Hybrid Fuels focuses on providing natural or nutraceutical solutions to medical conditions that would normally be treated or addressed with traditional pharmaceutical drugs. The company’s niche in the market place will be to provide nutraceutical alternatives and solutions to patients ranging from impotence, acne, cholesterol and many other common conditions. Hybrid Fuels was incorporated in the state of Nevada in 1998.

First of all, HRID is in the process of changing their name to better reflect what the company does. Management obtained shareholder approval in early December to change the name and it just takes time to work through the regulatory process. As soon as they get all the paperwork done, HRID will be known as Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals, Inc. That’s a much better name for what HRID does.  HRID provides consumers with new alternatives to traditional drugs for a healthy life style.

Small cap stocks in this field get hot.  Penny stock newsletters love them, and they can sometimes put some mad money in penny stock traders pockets.  Jim Cramer may be jealous about this one! Haha jk.

HRID laid out a very clear business strategy and they have a revolutionary product ready to launch that could be on the shelves of the drugstores nationwide this spring.

Their first product is Azul Instant, an erectile -dysfunction pharmaceutical in a safe and natural formulation. The company notes that there are other natural alternative supplements for erectile-dysfunction on the market today, but Azul Instant is the only male-enhancement product that works within 5 minutes and lasts for up to 48 hours.

Azul Instant has been proven to help enhance sexual-stamina, endurance, strength and energy with no side effects.

The fast effective time could is an enormous competitive advantage for this product.  Other competitive products have a 30 minute wait time before they are effective, and a 30 minute wait can really cause some problems when it’s time to…get down to business (wink wink).

Just as important as the product itself is the fact that there is a nationwide distribution strategy for the Azul Instant product line.

HRID will use their established vendor relationships with Walgreen Pharmacies, Navarro Pharmacies and 85% of the wholesalers in the US that cater to convenience stores (C-stores) to initially distribute Azul Instant.

Walgreen’s operates 7,811 drugstores in 50 states, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico and has sales of $73 billion a year.

Navarro Pharmacies is less well known but could provide a potential launching pad for an international expansion of Azul Instant. This company is a South Florida based discount pharmacy retailer that has been in business for over 50 years. They have a 17% market share in South Florida through 29 locations in Miami. Annual sales are $320 million a year and they are continuing to open new stores.

Navarro Discount Pharmacy is known for its many wonderful Hispanic niche products and is the largest owned Hispanic pharmacy in the United States. They also belong to a chain drug consortium which links them with over one thousand pharmacy locations throughout the United States and the Caribbean. That’s the possible opening for Azul Instant to get its international distribution set up at lightning speed.

HRID plans to initially concentrate its efforts on the East Coast, then the West Coast and finish its national rollout with the Mid-West states.  The company’s management team is working on contracts with all national pharmacy chains in addition to national health food store chains like GNC (with $2 billion a year in sales) and Vitamin Shoppe ($880 million in annual sales).

That’s an ambitious plan, but this is a product that could benefit from word of mouth advertising so HRID will also be targeting independent health food stores and will sign on an independent distributor to service this niche market. The company plans to offer Tree of Life, Inc. the opportunity of selling and servicing Azul Instant to their independent stores which consists of over 10,000 retailers nationwide.

HRID is projecting to have all of the major national pharmacy chains signed up by April. That is an aggressive marketing strategy but one they think is attainable because they have a great product that will meet a need in a very large market.

Erectile-dysfunction drugs have sales of about $4 billion a year for the big drug companies.

The first drug on the market was quite well known.  It starts with a “V” and Pfizer saw a big jump in its stock price as sales exploded. Pfizer is a multibillion dollar company and its stock price doubled the year they started selling the big “V”. That’s a big move for a large cap stock, and the potential for an alternative to the big V, for a small company like HRID with a $12 million market-cap is so huge in scale that it’s hard to even imagine.

If sales meet the company’s goals, this stock could be one of the biggest winners of the year. We definitely do NOT know if they will reach the goals or even come close, but if this company follows through on their talk…we could be seeing gains that will shock and amaze.

After Azul Instant, there will be other products as HRID goes after  an even bigger market. The global nutraceuticals products market is projected to exceed $207 billion by 2016, according to a new report from companiesandmarkets.com.

The sector is being driven by huge demand for healthy products, which presents significant growth opportunities in the supplement market.  Growth in the market has been driven by consumer interest in healthy living, particularly from the younger demographic, although the aging population also has been helpful to sector expansion.

A growth sector focused on a youth market definitely spells long term growth.

The stock is absolutely on fire, and has been very healthy since the company announced its new business strategy in early December.

Volume today may have been driven by a news release that explained the benefits of Azul Instant. Right before the open, HRID issued an announcement explaining the breakthrough benefits and competitive advantages of Azul Instant. One thing that probably stuck in the minds of traders was the product’s slogan, “Be Ready in an Instant.” Catchy marketing lines can help sell products and there could be a big market for this product.

As traders and investors begin to understand the products, they begin to understand the profit potential of the company.  As you can see, that caused things on the chart to heat up quite a bit.

There are a lot of big white candles on the chart, and most of them opened at the low and closed at or near the high!

That makes HRID so perfect for day traders, that when they look at this chart they’ll experience an effect quite similar to taking an Azul Instant.

Two of the last three days fit this bullish description, open at the low, close near the high. That is a perfect pattern for day traders who can make money by buying at almost anytime during days like that, and this stock has shown that it can deliver big gains for day traders and can even double over the course of a day.

Every technical indicator on HRID is bullish right now and HRID is rated a Strong Buy at barchart.com with a perfect score of 100%.

Obviously barchart.com is NOT right all of the time, in fact they’re wrong quite regularly.  But I’ve studied they’re perfect rating stocks before and to me it looks like the ones that get the “perfect” ratings do make immediate (or close to it) gains over half the time.

What really matters to me about the perfect barchart rating is the fact that tons of traders, from penny players to large cap guys who trade BIG money…rely on barchart.com.  That means the perfect rating, what it realistically brings to the table, is the potential for a lot of extra buying volume…and buying is what creates gains.

Traders could spot HRID on that site, or they might discover it because it was one of the more active OTC stocks today, or maybe traders will notice that this was one of the biggest gainers for the day…it doesn’t matter how traders learn about it, all we care about is that there is enough volume for us to get in and out of a trade, hopefully with a handsome profit to call our own. HRID had great volume every day this week.

It also had increasing volume each day, higher highs and higher lows every day too!  Truly perfect.

HRID is truly flying high with huge momentum, a great chart, and perfect technicals.

Obviously any stock that’s a fast running high flyer is dangerous.  Every penny play can move down just as fast or faster than it moves up.  I believe the key is making sure the stock looks healthy.  If an alert has major momentum and it starts falling within a few minutes of the open, that’s a dead giveaway that a bad day is likely ahead, and the momentum has dried up.  When a high flyer’s momentum goes, look out below!  So be sure to trade with caution, book profits when you can, set a tight stop, and be sure the stock looks like it’s trading in a healthy manner!  (Biased personal unlicensed opinions)

Today’s penny stock alert was sadly a dud.  Tim Sykes would have definitely smiled at that one.  So much for barchart.com.  It mostly just flopped right at the open, so I hope most of you saw that it was a dud right away and either didn’t pull the trigger or got out with minimal damage.

An 18% loss isn’t too bad compared to the size of the gains we usually have on the table, but a loser is a loser and I hate losers.  However, they are an unfortunate part of the high-stakes game we play.

Let’s dust ourselves off and keep up the hunt for the next big profit producer.

The momentum didn’t go in our favor this time, but I love momentum.  So I’ve found a stock with even MORE momentum.

SNPY – Sino Payments was up more than 20% yesterday.  SNPY is coming up on its 52 week high of just under 8 cents!

While you should use caution and make sure this area doesn’t serve as resistance (based on the chart the resistance looks very weak, but you never know), this “just below the 52 week high” setup is many traders absolute FAVORITE spot, and it is an outrageous opportunity!

If SNPY can breakout to 8 cents, there is absolutely NO ceiling whatsoever capping how high SNPY can potentially fly if it starts to heat up.

Consumer spending is growing about 18% a year in China, and credit/debit cards are becoming more and more popular. Store owners in China have to be seeing this, but for now less than 10% of China’s merchants can process credit and debit cards. SNPY is a company that can help the other 90% grow their business by processing card transactions for them, and SNPY might also win over some of the other accounts with great service and the right pricing.

There are an estimated 550,000 retail establishments in China. An estimated 495,000 of them do NOT have an agreement with a credit card processor. This is the “Chinese Goldmine” opportunity that SNPY has.

How does this incredibly massive market remain untapped?  Because it’s only recently that Chinese consumer spending has hit the levels necessary to justify the expense of setting up the processing…and SNPY is one of the first on the scene.

Most amazingly, even though China got hit with an economic slowdown like the rest of the world, consumer spending continues to grow at breakneck pace!

Despite what you read about consumer spending and an economic slowdown, credit cards have been one of the hottest sectors in the stock market. In the past twelve months, the stock price of both Visa (V) and MasterCard (MA) has climbed more than 40% and these are giant companies. A small company like SNPY can grow infinitely faster.  V has a market cap of about $70 billion and MA is a $45 billion company. SNPY is a small company that offers big and small stores the opportunity to connect and profit from these huge, established, credit card networks.

At a market-cap of under $5 million, SNPY’s upside potential is astronomical.

Every single swipe of a card results in total fees of about 2-3% for the processors and card issuers, so this is a business with huge potential.

It could be a market worth about $40 billion a year.  Even a VERY small amount of success could cause a tiny little 7 cent company like SNPY to make triple digit gains!

SNPY is focusing on China, for now. They have partners throughout the world, with some very well connected European partners. The European economy is struggling right now, so it’s nice to see SNPY directing their attention to the faster growing opportunities. That shows management has a plan and a solid plan increases the odds of long-term success for a small company.

In China there are almost 20 billion card transactions a year. This number can grow – in the US there are more than 52 billion transactions a year and there are about 700 million more potential consumers in China than in the US. A small percentage of even 20 billion transactions a year is an incredibly large market.

SNPY recently partnered with TAP to help meet the needs of that large market. TAP is a leading provider of solutions for the retail industry. They integrate point-of-sale and retail customer management solutions, giving retailers the ability to offer a high quality shopping experience in any sized store. The company’s 10Q filing shows this merger should be completed by March 1, and revenue could grow quickly as a result of this deal. The deal was announced at the end of November and is already paying off.

Within weeks of the merger agreement, SNPY (and TAP) signed a large contract with A.S. Watson Group, a retailer with 9.300 stores and 26 million customers a week. SNPY and TAP will initially be providing service to A.S. Watson’s 544 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions.

The contract should deliver steady revenue until at least the end of November 2013 and with A.S. Watson has almost 8,800 stores not covered by the agreement so there is potential for significantly expanding this relationship.

Other partners give SNPY a global reach and the ability to process transactions in more than 150 different currencies. One of SNPY’s partners is the leader in Europe and the number 3 company in the world for programmable electronic point-of-sales systems. SNPY also offers an ecommerce capability to merchants around the world.

Business is looking up for SNPY and so is the stock price. Yesterday, SNPY traded its 2nd highest volume all year…and the stock closed up 16.7%, and nicely over the morning’s open too. The open was the day’s low, can’t ask for much better than that.  The stock closed up for the fourth day in a row.

The chart looks very bullish with SNPY in a solid up trend and Barchart.com rates SNPY as a strong buy with a perfect 100% score in all time frames.

Higher highs and higher lows for 4 days, increasing volume for 3 days, nicely above all the short-term Moving Averages, bullish MACD, yada yada, it’s got it all as far as the chart goes.

Not to mention the fact that SNPY is tangoing with a new 52 week high, which if broken, could kick this already extraordinary breakout into truly HIGH-GEAR.

We’ll have to see what happens, but today absolutely 100% has an unbelievably hot chart setup for quick gains!

I absolutely LOVE the idea of a stock that profits from Chinese consumer spending, but good ones are so incredibly, maddeningly frustratingly almost impossible to find. China’s GDP is almost $5.9 trillion dollars and consumer spending accounts for about 33% of that.

In the US economy, consumer spending represents about 70% of GDP. That leaves gigantic room for growth in the Chinese economy. China’s consumers may be the biggest growth market in the world, and SNPY may be a very spot-on way to profit from the consumer spending increase in China.

We’ve got a play here with a red-hot on FIRE chart setup, given the prized “PERFECT BUY” from barchart.com. The stock has a very low price which can mean a fast breakout, and with a new 52 week high possibly on the horizon, SNPY looks like the hottest thing in Pennyland to watch today.

We started the week off right, with an 82% pop on APRE yesterday from Sunday’s penny stock pick.

That was on the back of WZE popping over 50% from 13.6 cents to 20 on a 2 day run after my alert.

Let’s see if we can keep the good times rolling.

I was looking at China, a fast growing economy, and found a fast moving stock to take advantage of that trend. After the talking heads out there beat China up and bashed it around for a while, interest in investing in China is starting to heat up again, and in a major way.

In China, the story is actually that consumers are spending. Retail sales for December (the latest available data) grew 18.1% from a year earlier, beating November’s incredible 17.3% increase, according to the National Bureau of Statistics data. This stock is perfectly positioned to profit from the Chinese Consumer Spending frenzy.

Tonight’s alert is SNPY – Sino Payments, a stock that was up a little over 20% today to close at about 7 cents a share.

Sino Payments, Inc., a development stage company, focuses on operating as a credit card processing and merchant acquiring services company. The company intends to provide credit card clearing services through its global processing platform, SinoPay GPP; and its Web site, sinopayments.com to merchants and financial institutions in China and Hong Kong. It would also provide internet protocol (IP) processing services in Asia to bankcard accepting merchants. SNPY is a company with huge partnerships, that offers credit card processing (and other similar merchant services) in the rapidly growing Chinese consumer spending market.

Increased consumer spending in China should lead to increased credit card usage and SNPY provides the payment services that regional chain stores will need to process those payments. The company is focusing on China, but it is ready to add stores to its network throughout Asia and Europe. SNPY also provides ecommerce services anywhere in the world to merchants.

Before we get to the company info, I can’t resist the urge to tell you that this trade, at least when it comes to the technicals, is PERFECT!

Anyway…

The company’s primary focus is to serve the rapidly growing Chinese credit and debit card market. Chinese credit cards could become the most lucrative market in the world. In China over 19.7 billion card transactions took place in 2009, yet the transaction processing sector remains significantly under-served. In the US, there are more than 52 billion card transactions a year with less than half the population of China. The Chinese economy is growing at 8-10% a year, four to five times faster than the US, and the conclusion is obviously that there is significant potential for growth in credit and debit card usage in China. SNPY is an investment that offers exposure to this trend.

The numbers are COMPLETELY lopsided!  Chinese credit card transactions are set to grow in an unbelievably explosive way.

Less than 10% of China’s merchants can process credit and debit cards according to experts in the field, leaving room for unprecedented growth.

To access that large market, SNPY recently entered a merger agreement with TAP, a leading provider of customer centric solutions for the retail industry. By integrating point-of-sale and retail customer management solutions, TAP provides retailers with the ability to offer a high quality shopping experience in any sized store. The merger is set to close March 1.

TAP is a well-developed company with offices all over the world and more than 200 employees. The partnership started paying off for SNPY almost immediately – SNPY and TAP recently received a large contract from A.S. Watson Group to provide services to its 544 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions. This is a perfect client for SNPY – A.S. Watson Group had annual sales of more than $15 million last year and sales growth of 6%. There are 9,300 multi format A.S. SNPY’s contract runs through the end of November 2013 so there is nearly two years worth of revenue ahead under this agreement and with A.S. Watson’s global reach, there is room for explosive expansion for SNPY!

SNPY actually has several other partnerships with several large companies that give the company a strong, global foundation to grow from.

Their partners include PAY.ON, Payvision, Wincor-Nixdorf and VALITOR (formerly known as VISA Iceland).

PAY.ON is a leading developer of payment and risk management technologies and a global processor of online transactions. Payvision offers a comprehensive suite of credit/debit card payment solutions in cooperation with several major European, American and Asian banks. Their credit/debit card services accept over 150 currencies, offer competitive rates and can be deployed worldwide. Wincor-Nixdorf has a presence in about 100 countries and more than 9,000 employees worldwide. They are the leader in Europe and the number 3 company in the world for programmable electronic point-of-sales systems. They are the second largest company in Europe and worldwide in the automated teller machines market. VALITOR has been a leading acquirer in the Icelandic market which is a highly developed card payment market. They have an extensive background in the cross border market and are experienced in working directly with merchants.

With global conglomerates for partners, SNPY looks like it is well positioned for growth in an explosive market… and this could be a tremendous way for US investors to get exposure to China.

But SNPY’s partnership with TAP may turn out to be the most profitable partnership of all. Another recent announcement said that SNPY and TAP signed an agreement with the Bank of Communications (big Chinese bank) for the bank to join TAP’s Retail Alliance. Bank of Communications will introduce its credit cardholders (estimated at 20 million country wide) to TAP retailers in Hong Kong and Macau.

Bank of Communications is one of China’s 5 largest banks. This deal could push SNPY into the big leagues of credit card processing.

That makes now, before the business potentially explodes with revenue, a great time to look at the stock. The company has gotten some pretty good publicity with the Bank of Communications deal, and good publicity never hurts.

It actually looks like publicity has helped traders notice SNPY. The stock closed 16.7% higher today and share volume topped 1.8 million. Volume has been heavy in this stock for the past few and the price has more than doubled in that time, rising 158% from 3.1 cents on January 12 to a high of 8 cents a share a week and a half later. There is no resistance above 8 cents and the chart shows that SNPY is in a nice up trend.

Higher highs and higher lows for FOUR straight days, talk about bullish!

The technicals are perfect for SNPY – Barchart.com rates it a strong buy with a perfect 100% score for all short term, medium term and long term indicators.

I’ve been watching a low priced penny stock as it showed signs of starting to heat up, and today gave me the green light.  This cheap little penny stock pick is starting to get red hot and if all goes well it could be another giant winner.

I thought maybe APRE stock could be good for a solid 20-40% pop in a single day, but APRE surprised even me by running harder than expected.

APRE stock, alerted at 31 cents, soared as high as 56.4 cents today for a gain of 82%!

APRE was quite a profitable penny stock trade, since it actually was at 33 cents AFTER the open…so there were insane gains on the table today.

It closed at 46.9 cents up 51%.

Hope you booked some big profits, keep an eye on APRE in case it keeps going…

I’ve found another potentially hot penny stock play, but it’s CHEAPER so who knows how fast this cheap little play could move?

I’ll watch it a bit, and if all looks good I’ll be sending it out in the next day or two.

Right now I’m watching APRE, a hot penny stock in a $10 billion growth industry that released very exciting news after the close on Friday. APRE – Aperture Health closed at 31 cents and has just started trading so there’s no way to know just how high the stock could fly from this strong news, but…if APRE starts to heat up it could easily end up as one of January’s biggest gainers.

I’ve already seen a lot of buzz building online for APRE after my alert was issued, and judging by the reaction I’ve seen so far, I wouldn’t be at all surprised to see some other penny stock pickers out there picking APRE stock in the very near future.

Could this little penny stock pick  generate enough mad money to pay for Jim Cramer’s home healthcare bills when he’s old and gray…and wiser than ever

APRE recently acquired Triad Therapeutics which operates a JCAHO accredited home IV therapy company. JCAHO is an internationally recognized accreditation agency and passing their inspection shows that APRE has met the highest standards of quality and patient care. For IV therapy companies, accreditation is a voluntary process but insurers will generally require accreditation before they’ll contract with a provider. Accreditation is a time consuming and expensive process that will keep competitors from getting into the business.

IV therapy includes delivering drugs through a needle or catheter. Patients need this kind of treatment when their condition doesn’t respond to oral medications. It is used for treating severe infections and the management of chronic pain, among many other things.

I’ve had some experience with this myself.  A few years ago, despite me being young, in good shape, into fitness/nutrition, and extremely handsome I somehow managed to get a serious infection.  I had pneumonia along with a liver abscess that spread to my lungs.  Despite being checked out by multiple specialists multiple times, and being diagnosed incorrectly THREE times in the ER of one of the top 3 ranked hospitals in the US, no one could figure out what was wrong with me.

They finally did diagnose me and I was again sent to the hospital.  I was in there for 2 weeks with about 5 days in the ICU (Intensive Care Unit…death’s door), had two surgeries, and according to the doctors about a 50/50 chance of living.

Spoiler alert…I survive at the end.  The point of the story is I had a PICC line in my arm, which means I can get blood tests taken and medication injected without any needles or discomfort.  I needed medication administered at home.  After I was finally discharged from the hospital, I had a full month of in-home IV treatment, exactly like what APRE does.  A nice nurse would come over, take my blood, and give me antibiotics for about an hour a day.  Not too much work, and not too much cost to the company that employs the nurse.

However, my insurance company was billed a shocking amount for this service.  I won’t say the exact amount, but it was many (many many many) thousands of dollars.  The mark-up from their cost to what they charge is mind-blowing.

Despite my fresh from a near death experience status, I was immediately struck by how profitable this business was.  I have literally seen firsthand how incredibly profitable in-home IV care truly is.

While the insurance company was billed a humongous amount, the amount they were billed for 30 days of in-home IV care was a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of being cared for in the hospital for just 2 weeks.

So in a nutshell, the patient, me, was very happy with a great nurse taking care of me and helping me like I was in a hospital, right in the comfort of my own home.  The insurance company got to pay out a micro-fraction of the fee of real hospitalization, meaning they saved tremendously.  And most importantly, the in-home IV therapy company was able to bill the insurance company a price that seemed to me like it must have been 10-20x their actual cost!!

Do you see where I’m going here?

In-home IV therapy is an obvious WINNER.   The patient prefers it, the insurance companies are dying for those kinds of savings, and the IV therapy company itself gets to rake in insane revenue because of all this!

APRE already has JCAHO accreditation that insurance companies want to see, but many of APRE’s competitors don’t have.  That means APRE possesses a major advantage when it comes to getting positive relationships and big bucks from the Gods of the Industry…the insurance companies.

In-home healthcare is a fast growing industry.  If a specimen of health such as myself can require it, it goes without saying the rapidly increasing population of seniors can easily require it as well.

Healthcare spending has been growing for years. Insurers and government agencies are struggling to control costs without lowering the quality of care. That means they need to find effective, but less expensive treatments…and that describes IV therapy perfectly. In-home treatment option is much less expensive than in-patient treatment at a hospital, so insurers enthusiastically support the industry. Total revenue of the estimated 700 to 1,000 companies in the in-home care sector is estimated to be between $9 and $11 billion a year.

Think about that…

Let’s do some math.  To make it even let’s go with the high end for both.  1,000 companies and $11 billion.  If hypothetically you were to divide all of that revenue evenly among all the companies like a Communist, each company would make $11 million in revenue per year!

Obviously that would never happen but the point is, it shows that there is a HUGE untapped market out there in this highly unknown and over the top profitable niche industry.

A ton of revenue out there to be made (that’s only set to increase rapidly), an industry with very limited competition, and most exciting is the fact that this is a difficult industry for new companies to enter! That’s a recipe for success.

APRE is truly in a position to make a killing!

And at a price of just over 30 cents APRE looks like it could be set to rally in a major way, especially in light of an after the close growth-related news release.

This company is moving fast as all hell, and that just may get traders blood boiling.

APRE’s Triad Therapeutics offers services in the states of New Jersey, New York and Connecticut – a large starting market for any company. There are about 18 million people in that metro area and the economy of that area is bigger than the economy of all but 14 countries in the world.

APRE completed the acquisition of Triad on January 15. That turned out to be only step 1 of 2 into APRE’s forray into the tri-state area.

Acquisitions and joint ventures are a big part of APRE’s growth strategy. According to the company’s statements, they went public to increase access to capital to be used for growth. APRE should see steady growth from new referral sources and product and service enhancements, but APRE seems primarily focused on completing big deals to increase, literally overnight, the value, size, and growth rate of the company!

APRE is a trader’s freakiest, wildest dream come true.

After the close on Friday, the company announced that it had completed a Memorandum of Understanding to form a Joint Venture with Reliable Medical.

Reliable Medical is also accredited by the Joint Commission. This company is a privately held provider of home respiratory and durable medical equipment services. Reliable has been operating for more than 8 years and is a recognized leader in the home healthcare market throughout New Jersey.

The market for home healthcare products is growing at about 7% a year. Industry experts think that durable medical equipment, enteral nutrition delivery, infusion therapy and respiratory therapy will be the areas seeing the fastest growth. APRE’s Triad specializes in 2 of the top 4 fastest growth areas in the entire industry! (Enteral nutrition delivery and infusion therapy)

But now, with Reliable…APRE is breaking into the other two top sectors.

This will now put APRE is all four of the fastest growing segments of the industry!  That’s perfect, and the first chance traders are going to get to react to this is…today’s open.

Reliable is a recognized leader in the home care market throughout New Jersey. The joint venture brings together APRE’s expertise in marketing and delivering home IV therapy services with the well established and respected sales and service professionals at Reliable. APRE noted in Friday’s announcement that they believe the venture will generate significant revenue immediately.  If all of the goals in the agreement are reached, this deal could be worth up to $2 million.

A deal of that size could justify a huge boost in share price for a company only trading in the 30 cent range.

Seniors citizens all have health insurance and APRE will be delivering services to patients that have been pre-approved for their services. An estimated 3.5 million seniors receive home healthcare services every year…in total about 12 million patients a year use these services.

Just four months ago, Thestreet.com published a very bullish article on home healthcare companies, saying how a sample of 6 much larger companies in the industry had upsides ranging from 13-60% in a 12 month time frame!

Imagine what kind of rapid fire upside a tiny little 31 cent, ultra-small market-cap company that just started trading has…

In 2012, APRE expects to report positive earnings before interest, taxes, deprecation and amortization (EBITDA). That is the first step towards long-term profitability and could put this small company on the path towards being the next big company in the home healthcare sector.

APRE is a small company, with a market-cap under $8 million. A publicly traded competitor, Gentiva (GNTV), is worth almost $230 million with 350,000 patients. Based on that valuation, as APRE grows, we could see it triple in market cap if it serves 40,000 patients. There are about 18 million people living in the area that APRE serves so that seems like an achievable target.

This is a brand new company with limited trading history.  There’s no way to forecast how traders will react to Friday’s news but if they react like I’m expecting them to, I believe APRE could rally hard…and even possibly run for a multi-day rally.

However, APRE definitely has a lack of a trading history which makes what will happen totally unpredictable, and means you should watch it closely.  I’m feeling good about this one, but be sure to trade with caution just in case I’m wrong.  All of my alerts are volatile and come with the potential for large profits, as well as large losses.  So be sure to set a tight stop, never let any trade go too far against you, and book profits when you can. The lack of trading history also means there is no resistance, so we could see very quick gains in APRE if momentum heats up.

Keep your eyes on APRE at the open.  I’ve been getting a TON of emails about this one and traders are hyped up…which could mean we may see an interesting week ahead for APRE.

APRE had more exciting facts than any company I’ve written about in weeks, traders are excited, we’ve got after hours news and a growth-story that could impress Shaq.  Everybody loves newly trading companies, and with a Facebook IPO on the horizon everybody’s got the fever.  APRE has all the makings of a massive winner, so watch it like a hawk and see if it flys.
